2011年雅思寫作中代詞的使用及常見錯(cuò)誤(1)
先來看兩個(gè)學(xué)生作文當(dāng)中出現(xiàn)的句子：
Medical care and education are cornerstones of the society, because it is needed by both youngsters and adults.
Doctors are not able to control themselves'profitable activities.
請(qǐng)注意上面兩句話中標(biāo)記出來的代詞，它們的使用均存在問題，具體是什么問題，我們將在下文中得以解答。
既然中國(guó)學(xué)生在英語的代詞使用上是普遍存在錯(cuò)誤的，在談?wù)撳e(cuò)誤分類之前，我們先來欣賞一下native speaker的文字中，代詞使用的典范。
例文：
It is rather hard work: there is now no smooth road into the future: but we go round, or scramble over the obstacles. We've got to live, no matter how many skies have fallen.
This was more or less Constance Chatterley's position. The war had brought the roof down over her head. And she had realized that one must live and learn.

以上都是代詞運(yùn)用得當(dāng)?shù)睦樱窃趯W(xué)生的作文當(dāng)中，卻很難找出代詞運(yùn)用得精準(zhǔn)的典范，對(duì)于代詞把握的失當(dāng)和錯(cuò)誤是中國(guó)學(xué)生的群體性錯(cuò)誤，當(dāng)然這也關(guān)系到了中英兩種語言使用習(xí)慣上的不同，很多英語代詞使用的問題其實(shí)是“母語負(fù)遷移”帶來的影響。經(jīng)過研究和訓(xùn)練，是可以得以調(diào)控和解決的。
考慮到代詞在語法和語篇功能上的種種作用，我們有必要把中國(guó)學(xué)生常犯的代詞錯(cuò)誤做一個(gè)分類匯總，當(dāng)然在這里我僅僅舉出最主要和常見的代詞錯(cuò)誤，至于更高級(jí)形式的代詞錯(cuò)誤暫時(shí)不在我們雅思寫作的討論范圍之內(nèi)。
