孔子印名片
名片。
文具店老板說：“您老的名片要有英漢雙語，那您的英文名字取什么好呢？“
孔子說：“不是有現成的confucius嗎？“
“那可不好，confucius是別人對您的尊稱‘孔夫子‘的拉丁音譯，您總不好意思自稱’夫子‘吧？“
孔子覺得老板說得有理，就問到：“那我的英文名稱該是什么呢？”
老板說：“在你來之前，杜甫也來印名片？”
“哦，那他的英文名字是什么？”
“他說，直接用漢語拼音 Du Fu得了，我說，那可不好，老外還以為是豆腐呢，Fu Du也不行，您老可不糊涂”
孔子點點頭，“那他到底用什么名字？”
“我跟他說，你老的字不是‘子美‘嗎，那你就叫Jimmy Du就好了”
孔子說：“哦？”
“后來，韓愈也來了，他的英文名字是 Han Yu，我說，那可不好，老外還以為是Hang You，吊死你。Yu
Hang也不行，英文是 You Hang，你上吊，這這么成？”
“那他最后用什么名字”
“我說，您老家在昌黎，大家都叫你韓昌黎，你的英文名字就叫 Charlie Han吧”
孔子驚嘆道：“還有這么多講究，那我的到底叫什么好呢？“
老板胸有成竹地說：“您老不是字仲尼嗎，英文名字就有現成：Jonny，Jonny Kong“
夫子嘆到，“我知道孟子（Mencius）變成了門修斯，沒想到confucius也會變成Jonny Kong了。
