舊約 -- 申命記(Deuteronomy) -- 第14章
14：1 你們是耶和華你們神的兒女。不可為死人用刀劃身，也不可將額上剃光。
Ye are the children of the LORD your God： ye shall not cut yourselves， nor make any baldness between your eyes for the dead.
14：2 因為你歸耶和華你神為圣潔的民，耶和華從地上的萬民中揀選你特作自己的子民。
For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God， and the LORD hath chosen thee to be a peculiar people unto himself， above all the nations that are upon the earth.
14：3 凡可憎的物都不可吃。
Thou shalt not eat any abominable thing.
14：4 可吃的牲畜就是牛，綿羊，山羊，These are the beasts which ye shall eat： the ox， the sheep， and the goat，
14：5 鹿，羚羊，狍子，野山羊，麋鹿，黃羊，青羊。
The hart， and the roebuck， and the fallow deer， and the wild goat， and the pygarg， and the wild ox， and the chamois.
14：6 凡分蹄成為兩瓣又倒嚼的走獸，你們都可以吃。
And every beast that parteth the hoof， and cleaveth the cleft into two claws， and cheweth the cud among the beasts， that ye shall eat.
14：7 但那些倒嚼或是分蹄之中不可吃的乃是駱駝，兔子，沙番因為是倒嚼不分蹄，就與你們不潔凈。
Nevertheless these ye shall not eat of them that chew the cud， or of them that divide the cloven hoof； as the camel， and the hare， and the coney： for they chew the cud， but divide not the hoof； therefore they are unclean unto you.
14：8 豬因為是分蹄卻不倒嚼，就與你們不潔凈。這些獸的肉，你們不可吃，死的也不可摸。
And the swine， because it divideth the hoof， yet cheweth not the cud， it is unclean unto you： ye shall not eat of their flesh， nor touch their dead carcase.
14：9 水中可吃的乃是這些，凡有翅有鱗的都可以吃。
These ye shall eat of all that are in the waters： all that have fins and scales shall ye eat：
14：10 凡無翅無鱗的都不可吃，是與你們不潔凈。
And whatsoever hath not fins and scales ye may not eat； it is unclean unto you.
14：11 凡潔凈的鳥，你們都可以吃。
Of all clean birds ye shall eat.
14：12 不可吃的乃是雕，狗頭雕，紅頭雕，But these are they of which ye shall not eat： the eagle， and the ossifrage， and the ospray，
14：13 ？？，小鷹，鷂鷹與其類，And the glede， and the kite， and the vulture after his kind，
14：14 烏鴉與其類，And every raven after his kind，
14：15 鴕鳥，夜鷹，魚鷹，鷹與其類，And the owl， and the night hawk， and the cuckow， and the hawk after his kind，
14：16 ？？鳥，貓頭鷹，角鴟，The little owl， and the great owl， and the swan，
14：17 鵜鶘，禿雕，鸕鶿，And the pelican， and the gier eagle， and the cormorant，
14：18 鸛，鷺鷥與其類，戴？？與蝙蝠。
And the stork， and the heron after her kind， and the lapwing， and the bat.
14：19 凡有翅膀爬行的物是與你們不潔凈，都不可吃。
And every creeping thing that flieth is unclean unto you： they shall not be eaten.
14：20 凡潔凈的鳥，你們都可以吃。
But of all clean fowls ye may eat.
14：21 凡自死的，你們都不可吃，可以給你城里寄居的吃，或賣與外人吃，因為你是歸耶和華你神為圣潔的民。不可用山羊羔母的奶煮山羊羔。
Ye shall not eat of anything that dieth of itself： thou shalt give it unto the stranger that is in thy gates， that he may eat it； or thou mayest sell it unto an alien： for thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God. Thou shalt not seethe a kid in his mother's milk.
14：22 你要把你撒種所產(chǎn)的，就是你田地每年所出的，十分取一分。
Thou shalt truly tithe all the increase of thy seed， that the field bringeth forth year by year.
14：23 又要把你的五谷，新酒，和油的十分之一，并牛群羊群中頭生的，吃在耶和華你神面前，就是他所選擇要立為他名的居所。這樣，你可以學(xué)習(xí)時常敬畏耶和華你的神。
And thou shalt eat before the LORD thy God， in the place which he shall choose to place his name there， the tithe of thy corn， of thy wine， and of thine oil， and the firstlings of thy herds and of thy flocks； that thou mayest learn to fear the LORD thy God always.
14：24 當(dāng)耶和華你神賜福與你的時候，耶和華你神所選擇要立為他名的地方若離你太遠，那路也太長，使你不能把這物帶到那里去，And if the way be too long for thee， so that thou art not able to carry it； or if the place be too far from thee， which the LORD thy God shall choose to set his name there， when the LORD thy God hath blessed thee：
14：25 你就可以換成銀子，將銀子包起來，拿在手中，往耶和華你神所要選擇的地方去。
Then shalt thou turn it into money， and bind up the money in thine hand， and shalt go unto the place which the LORD thy God shall choose：
14：26 你用這銀子，隨心所欲，或買牛羊，或買清酒濃酒，凡你心所想的都可以買。你和你的家屬在耶和華你神的面前吃喝快樂。
And thou shalt bestow that money for whatsoever thy soul lusteth after， for oxen， or for sheep， or for wine， or for strong drink， or for whatsoever thy soul desireth： and thou shalt eat there before the LORD thy God， and thou shalt rejoice， thou， and thine household，
14：27 住在你城里的利未人，你不可丟棄他，因為他在你們中間無分無業(yè)。
And the Levite that is within thy gates； thou shalt not forsake him； for he hath no part nor inheritance with thee.
14：28 每逢三年的末一年，你要將本年的土產(chǎn)十分之一都取出來，積存在你的城中。
At the end of three years thou shalt bring forth all the tithe of thine increase the same year， and shalt lay it up within thy gates：
14：29 在你城里無分無業(yè)的利未人，和你城里寄居的，并孤兒寡婦，都可以來，吃得飽足。這樣，耶和華你的神必在你手里所辦的一切事上賜福與你。
And the Levite， （because he hath no part nor inheritance with thee，） and the stranger， and the fatherless， and the widow， which are within thy gates， shall come， and shall eat and be satisfied； that the LORD thy God may bless thee in all the work of thine hand which thou doest.
