舊約 -- 詩(shī)篇(Psalms) -- 第40章

　　40：1 （大衛(wèi)的詩(shī)，交與伶長(zhǎng)）我曾耐性等候耶和華。他垂聽我的呼求。

　　I waited patiently for the LORD； and he inclined unto me， and heard my cry.

　　40：2 他從禍坑里，從淤泥中，把我拉上來(lái)，使我的腳立在磐石上，使我腳步穩(wěn)當(dāng)。

　　He brought me up also out of an horrible pit， out of the miry clay， and set my feet upon a rock， and established my goings.

　　40：3 他使我口唱新歌，就是贊美我們神的話。許多人必看見(jiàn)而懼怕，并要倚靠耶和華。

　　And he hath put a new song in my mouth， even praise unto our God： many shall see it， and fear， and shall trust in the LORD.

　　40：4 那倚靠耶和華，不理會(huì)狂傲和偏向虛假之輩的，這人便為有福。

　　Blessed is that man that maketh the LORD his trust， and respecteth not the proud， nor such as turn aside to lies.

　　40：5 耶和華我的神阿，你所行的奇事，并你向我們所懷的意念甚多，不能向你陳明。若要陳明，其事不可勝數(shù)。

　　Many， O LORD my God， are thy wonderful works which thou hast done， and thy thoughts which are to us-ward： they cannot be reckoned up in order unto thee： if I would declare and speak of them， they are more than can be numbered.

　　40：6 祭物和禮物，你不喜悅。你已經(jīng)開通我的耳朵。燔祭和贖罪祭，非你所要。

　　Sacrifice and offering thou didst not desire； mine ears hast thou opened： burnt offering and sin offering hast thou not required.

　　40：7 那時(shí)我說(shuō)，看哪，我來(lái)了。我的事在經(jīng)卷上已經(jīng)記載了。

　　Then said I， Lo， I come： in the volume of the book it is written of me，

　　40：8 我的神阿，我樂(lè)意照你的旨意行。你的律法在我心里。

　　I delight to do thy will， O my God： yea， thy law is within my heart.

　　40：9 我在大會(huì)中宣傳公義的佳音。我必不止住我的嘴唇。耶和華阿，這是你所知道的。

　　I have preached righteousness in the great congregation： lo， I have not refrained my lips， O LORD， thou knowest.

　　40：10 我未曾把你的公義藏在心里。我已陳明你的信實(shí)，和你的救恩。我在大會(huì)中未曾隱瞞你的慈愛(ài)，和誠(chéng)實(shí)。

　　I have not hid thy righteousness within my heart； I have declared thy faithfulness and thy salvation： I have not concealed thy lovingkindness and thy truth from the great congregation.

　　40：11 耶和華阿，求你不要向我止住你的慈悲。愿你的慈愛(ài)和誠(chéng)實(shí)，常常保佑我。

　　Withhold not thou thy tender mercies from me， O LORD： let thy lovingkindness and thy truth continually preserve me.

　　40：12 因有無(wú)數(shù)的禍患圍困我。我的罪孽追上了我，使我不能昂首。這罪孽比我的頭發(fā)還多。我就心寒膽戰(zhàn)。

　　For innumerable evils have compassed me about： mine iniquities have taken hold upon me， so that I am not able to look up； they are more than the hairs of mine head： therefore my heart faileth me.

　　40：13 耶和華阿，求你開恩搭救我。耶和華阿，求你速速幫助我。

　　Be pleased， O LORD， to deliver me： O LORD， make haste to help me.

　　40：14 愿那些尋梢我，要滅我命的，一同抱愧蒙羞。愿那些喜悅我受害的，退后受辱。

　　Let them be ashamed and confounded together that seek after my soul to destroy it； let them be driven backward and put to shame that wish me evil.

　　40：15 愿那些對(duì)我說(shuō)，阿哈，阿哈的，因羞愧而敗亡。

　　Let them be desolate for a reward of their shame that say unto me， Aha， aha.

　　40：16 愿一切尋求你的，因你高興歡喜。愿那些喜愛(ài)你救恩的，常說(shuō)，當(dāng)尊耶和華為大。

　　Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee： let such as love thy salvation say continually， The LORD be magnified.

　　40：17 但我是困苦窮乏的，主仍顧念我。你是幫助我的，搭救我的。神阿，求你不要耽延。

　　But I am poor and needy； yet the Lord thinketh upon me： thou art my help and my deliverer； make no tarrying， O my God.
