商務英語email高手 如何訂機票
1. 文體介紹
人員出差或出訪，常常需要事先預訂酒店、會議室或者飛機票等等，這類信主要包括以下內容：
(1)請求預訂并說明原因;
(2)清對方答復并進行確認。
通常預訂后都要進行確認回復，說明是否滿足預訂要求，如果不能滿足要說明原因。

Dear Sir/madam,
Mr.Zhang Xiaohua, our Marketing Manager, would like to fly from Guangzhou to London on theearliest flight possible.
We would be obliged if you would book one economy class seat for him on a flight leavingGuangzhou on or about July 28th.
Bank of China has been instructed to pay the fare and booking fee, and we would ask you tosubmit your account directly to them.
We appreciate your early confirmation.

3.預訂常用句型
(1)I would like to reserve a twin room at your hotel for four nights from June8,2002.
我想要自2002年6月8日起4晚，向你們旅館預訂一間雙人房。
(2)Please reserve a single room under the name of Mr.Lin.
請以林先生的名義定一間單人房。
(3)If there are no room available for the above period, please inform me ASAP as I mustlook for another hotel.
如果在上述期間沒有空房，請盡快告知以邊另尋旅館。
(4) I would like to book a flight to Paris on January 8 on Air France, First Class and roundtrip.
我要訂一張巴黎的往返票，1月8日，法航，頭等艙。
(5)We regret to inform you that the flight you requested is fully booked, and there are atpresent no cancellations.
