Greetings from the Philippines!

來(lái)自菲律賓熱情地問(wèn)候！

The Philippines is proud and honored to participate in the Shanghai Expo.

我嫩很榮幸并且很自豪能夠參加2010年的上海世博會(huì)。

China is third largest ecnomy in the world and the fastest growing. We see its rise as a significant opportunity for the Philippines. Our overall relations with China are now more confident, mature, and comprehensive, punctuated with substantial and important projects aimed at deepening exchanges in a number of areas, including trade and investment. With such comprehensive relationship between our countries, we look forward to a significant involvement in this landmark exposition. We hope that the Philippine Pavillion and its sponsored events can put the spotlight on our country's culture and resources.

中國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速并且已經(jīng)成為世界上第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體，我們將中國(guó)的崛起看做一個(gè)重要的機(jī)會(huì)，目前菲律賓于中國(guó)的整體關(guān)系更加成熟和全面，我們倍感自信。雙方強(qiáng)調(diào)一切實(shí)際的重要的項(xiàng)目，旨在加深包括貿(mào)易和投資在內(nèi)的一些領(lǐng)域的往來(lái)。伴隨存在于兩國(guó)之間全面的合作關(guān)系，我們很期待去參與這有里程碑意義的博覽會(huì)。我們希望菲律賓的展館及其展會(huì)的主辦者可以聚焦于菲律賓國(guó)家的文化和特點(diǎn)之上。

I also take this occasion to extend to China our sincerest gratitude for the enormous opportunities Expo 2010 offers the Philippines. Our products and services will be exposed to the internatioanl community, particularly to China, through the expected 70 million visitors to the event.

借此機(jī)會(huì)，我還要向中國(guó)表示最誠(chéng)摯的感謝。菲律賓通過(guò) 2010上海世博會(huì)，擴(kuò)展了在中國(guó)的大量商機(jī)。我們的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)將面對(duì)國(guó)際社會(huì)，特別是中國(guó)擁有 7，000萬(wàn)的世博參觀者。

We invite everyone to visit the Philippine Pavillion at the World Expo 2010 in Shanghai and savor Filipino culture and hospitality. The government and the Philippine business community have combined their efforts to showcase the best of what the country offers and the genuine warmth of our people. Congratulations to the People's Republic of China for organizing the World Expo 2010 in Shanghai.
