When things go wrong， it is often helpful to get away from the problem for a while. At school， you can go out for a walk or go to watch a movie. If you can't physically get away from your problem， try an imaginary escape. Even a few minutes in your imaginary retreat can refresh you . In that way， you can come back and deal with your problem when you are in better mood.
