All TWT Personnel:
We are pleased to announce that all TWT personnel are entitled to take 10 day's paid leave this summer during the two-month period from July 1 through August 31.
In order to set up this year's vacation schedule, will you please let us know by June 10 when and how you would like to take your summer holidays, as well as an alternative plan, using the attached vacation application form. You may take your summer holidays either as one continuous break or in two equal portions. If arrangements are necessary among several conflicting requests specifying the same dates, however, preference will be given on a seniority basis.
