舊約 -- 列王記下(2 Kings) -- 第18章

　　18：1 以色列王以拉的兒子何細(xì)亞第三年，猶大王亞哈斯的兒子希西家登基。

　　Now it came to pass in the third year of Hoshea son of Elah king of Israel， that Hezekiah the son of Ahaz king of Judah began to reign.

　　18：2 他登基的時(shí)候年二十五歲，在耶路撒冷作王二十九年。他母親名叫亞比，是撒迦利雅的女兒。

　　Twenty and five years old was he when he began to reign； and he reigned twenty and nine years in Jerusalem. His mother's name also was Abi， the daughter of Zachariah.

　　18：3 希西家行耶和華眼中看為正的事，效法他祖大衛(wèi)一切所行的。

　　And he did that which was right in the sight of the LORD， according to all that David his father did.

　　18：4 他廢去邱壇，毀壞柱像，砍下木偶，打碎摩西所造的銅蛇，因?yàn)榈侥菚r(shí)以色列人仍向銅蛇燒香。希西家叫銅蛇為銅塊（或作人稱(chēng)銅蛇為銅像）。

　　He removed the high places， and brake the images， and cut down the groves， and brake in pieces the brasen serpent that Moses had made： for unto those days the children of Israel did burn incense to it： and he called it Nehushtan.

　　18：5 希西家倚靠耶和華以色列的神，在他前后的猶大列王中沒(méi)有一個(gè)及他的。

　　He trusted in the LORD God of Israel； so that after him was none like him among all the kings of Judah， nor any that were before him.

　　18：6 因?yàn)樗麑?zhuān)靠耶和華，總不離開(kāi)，謹(jǐn)守耶和華所吩咐摩西的誡命。

　　For he clave to the LORD， and departed not from following him， but kept his commandments， which the LORD commanded Moses.

　　18：7 耶和華與他同在，他無(wú)論往何處去盡都亨通。他背叛，不肯事奉亞述王。

　　And the LORD was with him； and he prospered whithersoever he went forth： and he rebelled against the king of Assyria， and served him not.

　　18：8 希西家攻擊非利士人，直到迦薩，并迦薩的四境，從了望樓到堅(jiān)固城。

　　He smote the Philistines， even unto Gaza， and the borders thereof， from the tower of the watchmen to the fenced city.

　　18：9 希西家王第四年，就是以色列王以拉的兒子何細(xì)亞第七年，亞述王撒縵以色上來(lái)圍困撒馬利亞。

　　And it came to pass in the fourth year of king Hezekiah， which was the seventh year of Hoshea son of Elah king of Israel， that Shalmaneser king of Assyria came up against Samaria， and besieged it.

　　18：10 過(guò)了三年就攻取了城。希西家第六年，以色列王何細(xì)亞第九年，撒馬利亞被攻取了。

　　And at the end of three years they took it： even in the sixth year of Hezekiah， that is the ninth year of Hoshea king of Israel， Samaria was taken.

　　18：11 亞述王將以色列人擄到亞述，把他們安置在哈臘與歌散的哈博河邊，并米底亞人的城邑。

　　And the king of Assyria did carry away Israel unto Assyria， and put them in Halah and in Habor by the river of Gozan， and in the cities of the Medes：

　　18：12 都因他們不聽(tīng)從耶和華他們神的話(huà)，違背他的約，就是耶和華仆人摩西吩咐他們所當(dāng)守的。

　　Because they obeyed not the voice of the LORD their God， but transgressed his covenant， and all that Moses the servant of the LORD commanded， and would not hear them， nor do them.

　　18：13 希西家王十四年，亞述王西拿基立上來(lái)攻擊猶大的一切堅(jiān)固城，將城攻取。

　　Now in the fourteenth year of king Hezekiah did Sennacherib king of Assyria come up against all the fenced cities of Judah， and took them.

　　18：14 猶大王希西家差人往拉吉去見(jiàn)亞述王，說(shuō)，我有罪了，求你離開(kāi)我。凡你罰我的，我必承當(dāng)。于是亞述王罰猶大王希西家銀子三百他連得，金子三十他連得。

　　And Hezekiah king of Judah sent to the king of Assyria to Lachish， saying， I have offended； return from me： that which thou puttest on me will I bear. And the king of Assyria appointed unto Hezekiah king of Judah three hundred talents of silver and thirty talents of gold.

　　18：15 希西家就把耶和華殿里和王宮府庫(kù)里所有的銀子都給了他。

　　And Hezekiah gave him all the silver that was found in the house of the LORD， and in the treasures of the king's house.

　　18：16 那時(shí)，猶大王希西家將耶和華殿門(mén)上的金子，和他自己包在柱上的金子，都刮下來(lái)，給了亞述王。

　　At that time did Hezekiah cut off the gold from the doors of the temple of the LORD， and from the pillars which Hezekiah king of Judah had overlaid， and gave it to the king of Assyria.

　　18：17 亞述王從拉吉差遣他珥探，拉伯撒利，和拉伯沙基率領(lǐng)大軍往耶路撒冷，到希西家王那里去。他們上到耶路撒冷，就站在上池的水溝旁，在漂布地的大路上。

　　And the king of Assyria sent Tartan and Rabsaris and Rabshakeh from Lachish to king Hezekiah with a great host against Jerusalem. And they went up and came to Jerusalem. And when they were come up， they came and stood by the conduit of the upper pool， which is in the highway of the fuller's field.

　　18：18 他們呼叫王的時(shí)候，就有希勒家的兒子家宰以利亞敬，并書(shū)記舍伯那和亞薩的兒子史官約亞，出來(lái)見(jiàn)他們。

　　And when they had called to the king， there came out to them Eliakim the son of Hilkiah， which was over the household， and Shebna the scribe， and Joah the son of Asaph the recorder.

　　18：19 拉伯沙基說(shuō)，你們?nèi)ジ嬖V希西家說(shuō)，亞述大王如此說(shuō)，你所倚靠的有什么可仗賴(lài)的呢。

　　And Rabshakeh said unto them， Speak ye now to Hezekiah， Thus saith the great king， the king of Assyria， What confidence is this wherein thou trustest？

　　18：20 你說(shuō)有打仗的計(jì)謀和能力，我看不過(guò)是虛話(huà)。你到底倚靠誰(shuí)才背叛我呢。

　　Thou sayest， （but they are but vain words，） I have counsel and strength for the war. Now on whom dost thou trust， that thou rebellest against me？

　　18：21 看哪，你所倚靠的埃及是那壓傷的葦杖人若靠這杖，就必刺透他的手。埃及王法老向一切倚靠他的人也是這樣。

　　Now， behold， thou trustest upon the staff of this bruised reed， even upon Egypt， on which if a man lean， it will go into his hand， and pierce it： so is Pharaoh king of Egypt unto all that trust on him.

　　18：22 你們?nèi)魧?duì)我說(shuō)，我們倚靠耶和華我們的神，希西家豈不是將神的邱壇和祭壇廢去，且對(duì)猶大和耶路撒冷的人說(shuō)，你們當(dāng)在耶路撒冷這壇前敬拜嗎。

　　But if ye say unto me， We trust in the LORD our God： is not that he， whose high places and whose altars Hezekiah hath taken away， and hath said to Judah and Jerusalem， Ye shall worship before this altar in Jerusalem？

　　18：23 現(xiàn)在你把當(dāng)頭給我主亞述王，我給你二千匹馬，看你這一面騎馬的人夠不夠。

　　Now therefore， I pray thee， give pledges to my lord the king of Assyria， and I will deliver thee two thousand horses， if thou be able on thy part to set riders upon them.

　　18：24 若不然，怎能打敗我主臣仆中最小的軍長(zhǎng)呢。你竟倚靠埃及的戰(zhàn)車(chē)馬兵嗎。

　　How then wilt thou turn away the face of one captain of the least of my master's servants， and put thy trust on Egypt for chariots and for horsemen？

　　18：25 現(xiàn)在我上來(lái)攻擊毀滅這地，豈沒(méi)有耶和華的意思嗎。耶和華吩咐我說(shuō)，你上去攻擊毀滅這地吧。

　　Am I now come up without the LORD against this place to destroy it？ The LORD said to me， Go up against this land， and destroy it.

　　18：26 希勒家的兒子以利亞敬和舍伯那，并約亞，對(duì)拉伯沙基說(shuō)，求你用亞蘭言語(yǔ)和仆人說(shuō)話(huà)，因?yàn)槲覀兌谩２灰锚q大言語(yǔ)和我們說(shuō)話(huà)，達(dá)到城上百姓的耳中。

　　Then said Eliakim the son of Hilkiah， and Shebna， and Joah， unto Rabshakeh， Speak， I pray thee， to thy servants in the Syrian language； for we understand it： and talk not with us in the Jews' language in the ears of the people that are on the wall.

　　18：27 拉伯沙基說(shuō)，我主差遣我來(lái)，豈是單對(duì)你和你的主說(shuō)這些話(huà)嗎。不也是對(duì)這些坐在城上，要與你們一同吃自己糞，喝自己尿的人說(shuō)嗎。

　　But Rabshakeh said unto them， Hath my master sent me to thy master， and to thee， to speak these words？ hath he not sent me to the men which sit on the wall， that they may eat their own dung， and drink their own piss with you？

　　18：28 于是拉伯沙基站著，用猶大言語(yǔ)大聲喊著說(shuō)，你們當(dāng)聽(tīng)亞述大王的話(huà)。

　　Then Rabshakeh stood and cried with a loud voice in the Jews' language， and spake， saying， Hear the word of the great king， the king of Assyria：

　　18：29 王如此說(shuō)，你們不要被希西家欺哄了。因他不能救你們脫離我的手。

　　Thus saith the king， Let not Hezekiah deceive you： for he shall not be able to deliver you out of his hand：

　　18：30 也不要聽(tīng)希西家使你們倚靠耶和華，說(shuō)耶和華必要拯救我們，這城必不交在亞述王的手中。

　　Neither let Hezekiah make you trust in the LORD， saying， The LORD will surely deliver us， and this city shall not be delivered into the hand of the king of Assyria.

　　18：31 不要聽(tīng)希西家的話(huà)。因亞述王如此說(shuō)，你們要與我和好，出來(lái)投降我，各人就可以吃自己葡萄樹(shù)和無(wú)花果樹(shù)的果子，喝自己井里的水。

　　Hearken not to Hezekiah： for thus saith the king of Assyria， Make an agreement with me by a present， and come out to me， and then eat ye every man of his own vine， and every one of his fig tree， and drink ye every one the waters of his cistern：

　　18：32 等我來(lái)領(lǐng)你們到一個(gè)地方與你們本地一樣，就是有五谷和新酒之地，有糧食和葡萄園之地，有橄欖樹(shù)和蜂蜜之地，好使你們存活，不至于死。希西家勸導(dǎo)你們，說(shuō)耶和華必拯救我們；你們不要聽(tīng)他的話(huà)。

　　Until I come and take you away to a land like your own land， a land of corn and wine， a land of bread and vineyards， a land of oil olive and of honey， that ye may live， and not die： and hearken not unto Hezekiah， when he persuadeth you， saying， The LORD will deliver us.

　　18：33 列國(guó)的神有哪一個(gè)救他本國(guó)脫離亞述王的手呢。

　　Hath any of the gods of the nations delivered at all his land out of the hand of the king of Assyria？

　　18：34 哈馬，亞珥拔的神在哪里呢。西法瓦音，希拿，以瓦的神在哪里呢。他們?cè)热鲴R利亞脫離我的手嗎。

　　Where are the gods of Hamath， and of Arpad？ where are the gods of Sepharvaim， Hena， and Ivah？ have they delivered Samaria out of mine hand？

　　18：35 這些國(guó)的神有誰(shuí)曾救自己的國(guó)脫離我的手呢。難道耶和華能救耶路撒冷脫離我的手嗎。

　　Who are they among all the gods of the countries， that have delivered their country out of mine hand， that the LORD should deliver Jerusalem out of mine hand？

　　18：36 百姓靜默不言，并不回答一句，因?yàn)橥踉愿勒f(shuō)，不要回答他。

　　But the people held their peace， and answered him not a word： for the king's commandment was， saying， Answer him not.

　　18：37 當(dāng)下，希勒家的兒子家宰以利亞敬和書(shū)記舍伯那，并亞薩的兒子史官約亞，都撕裂衣服，來(lái)到希西家那里，將拉伯沙基的話(huà)告訴了他。

　　Then came Eliakim the son of Hilkiah， which was over the household， and Shebna the scribe， and Joah the son of Asaph the recorder， to Hezekiah with their clothes rent， and told him the words of Rabshakeh.
