舊約 -- 尼希米記(Nehemiah) -- 第13章

　　13：1 當(dāng)日，人念摩西的律法書(shū)給百姓聽(tīng)，遇見(jiàn)書(shū)上寫(xiě)著說(shuō)，亞捫人和摩押人永不可入神的會(huì)。

　　On that day they read in the book of Moses in the audience of the people； and therein was found written， that the Ammonite and the Moabite should not come into the congregation of God for ever；

　　13：2 因?yàn)樗麄儧](méi)有拿食物，和水來(lái)迎接以色列人，且雇了巴蘭咒詛他們，但我們的神使那咒詛變?yōu)樽８！?/p>

　　Because they met not the children of Israel with bread and with water， but hired Balaam against them， that he should curse them： howbeit our God turned the curse into a blessing.

　　13：3 以色列民聽(tīng)見(jiàn)這律法，就與一切閑雜人絕交。

　　Now it came to pass， when they had heard the law， that they separated from Israel all the mixed multitude.

　　13：4 先是蒙派管理我們神殿中庫(kù)房，的祭司以利亞實(shí)與多比雅結(jié)親。

　　And before this， Eliashib the priest， having the oversight of the chamber of the house of our God， was allied unto Tobiah：

　　13：5 便為他預(yù)備一間大屋子，就是從前收存素祭，乳香，器皿，和照命令供給利未人，歌唱的，守門(mén)的五谷，新酒，和油的十分之一，并歸祭司舉祭的屋子。

　　And he had prepared for him a great chamber， where aforetime they laid the meat offerings， the frankincense， and the vessels， and the tithes of the corn， the new wine， and the oil， which was commanded to be given to the Levites， and the singers， and the porters； and the offerings of the priests.

　　13：6 那時(shí)我不在耶路撒冷。因?yàn)榘捅葌愅鮼嗊_(dá)薛西三十二年，我回到王那里。過(guò)了多日，我向王告假。

　　But in all this time was not I at Jerusalem： for in the two and thirtieth year of Artaxerxes king of Babylon came I unto the king， and after certain days obtained I leave of the king：

　　13：7 我來(lái)到耶路撒冷，就知道以利亞實(shí)為多比雅在神殿的院內(nèi)，預(yù)備屋子的那件惡事。

　　And I came to Jerusalem， and understood of the evil that Eliashib did for Tobiah， in preparing him a chamber in the courts of the house of God.

　　13：8 我甚惱怒，就把多比雅的一切家具從屋里都拋出去。

　　And it grieved me sore： therefore I cast forth all the household stuff of Tobiah out of the chamber.

　　13：9 吩咐人潔凈這屋子，遂將神殿的器皿和素祭，乳香又搬進(jìn)去。

　　Then I commanded， and they cleansed the chambers： and thither brought I again the vessels of the house of God， with the meat offering and the frankincense.

　　13：10 我見(jiàn)利未人所當(dāng)?shù)玫姆郑瑹o(wú)人供給他們，甚至供職的利未人與歌唱的，俱各奔回自己的田地去了。

　　And I perceived that the portions of the Levites had not been given them： for the Levites and the singers， that did the work， were fled every one to his field.

　　13：11 我就斥責(zé)官長(zhǎng)說(shuō)，為何離棄神的殿呢。我便招聚利未人，使他們照舊供職。

　　Then contended I with the rulers， and said， Why is the house of God forsaken？ And I gathered them together， and set them in their place.

　　13：12 猶大眾人就把五谷，新酒，和油的十分之一送入庫(kù)房。

　　Then brought all Judah the tithe of the corn and the new wine and the oil unto the treasuries.

　　13：13 我派祭司示利米雅，文士撒督，和利未人毗大雅作庫(kù)官管理庫(kù)房。副官是哈難。哈難是撒刻的兒子。撒刻是瑪他尼的兒子。這些人都是忠信的，他們的職分是將所供給的分給他們的弟兄。

　　And I made treasurers over the treasuries， Shelemiah the priest， and Zadok the scribe， and of the Levites， Pedaiah： and next to them was Hanan the son of Zaccur， the son of Mattaniah： for they were counted faithful， and their office was to distribute unto their brethren.

　　13：14 我的神阿，求你因這事記念我，不要涂抹我為神的殿，與其中的禮節(jié)所行的善。

　　Remember me， O my God， concerning this， and wipe not out my good deeds that I have done for the house of my God， and for the offices thereof.

　　13：15 那些日子，我在猶大見(jiàn)有人在安息日榨酒（原文作踹酒榨），搬運(yùn)禾捆馱在驢上。又把酒，葡萄，無(wú)花果，和各樣的擔(dān)子在安息日擔(dān)入耶路撒冷，我就在他們賣(mài)食物的那日警戒他們。

　　In those days saw I in Judah some treading wine presses on the sabbath， and bringing in sheaves， and lading asses； as also wine， grapes， and figs， and all manner of burdens， which they brought into Jerusalem on the sabbath day： and I testified against them in the day wherein they sold victuals.

　　13：16 又有推羅人住在耶路撒冷。他們把魚(yú)和各樣貨物運(yùn)進(jìn)來(lái)，在安息日賣(mài)給猶大人。

　　There dwelt men of Tyre also therein， which brought fish， and all manner of ware， and sold on the sabbath unto the children of Judah， and in Jerusalem.

　　13：17 我就斥責(zé)猶大的貴胄說(shuō)，你們?cè)鯁嵝羞@惡事犯了安息日呢。

　　Then I contended with the nobles of Judah， and said unto them， What evil thing is this that ye do， and profane the sabbath day？

　　13：18 從前你們列祖豈不是這樣行，以致我們神使一切災(zāi)禍臨到我們，和這城嗎。現(xiàn)在你們還犯安息日，使忿怒越發(fā)臨到以色列。

　　Did not your fathers thus， and did not our God bring all this evil upon us， and upon this city？ yet ye bring more wrath upon Israel by profaning the sabbath.

　　13：19 在安息日的前一日，耶路撒冷城門(mén)有黑影的時(shí)候，我就吩咐人將門(mén)關(guān)鎖，不過(guò)安息日不準(zhǔn)開(kāi)放。我又派我?guī)讉€(gè)仆人管理城門(mén)，免得有人在安息日擔(dān)什么擔(dān)子進(jìn)城。

　　And it came to pass， that when the gates of Jerusalem began to be dark before the sabbath， I commanded that the gates should be shut， and charged that they should not be opened till after the sabbath： and some of my servants set I at the gates， that there should no burden be brought in on the sabbath day.

　　13：20 于是商人和販賣(mài)各樣貨物的，一兩次住宿在耶路撒冷城外。

　　So the merchants and sellers of all kind of ware lodged without Jerusalem once or twice.

　　13：21 我就警戒他們說(shuō)，你們?yōu)楹卧诔峭庾∷弈亍Ｈ粼龠@樣，我必下手拿辦你們。從此以后，他們?cè)诎蚕⑷詹辉賮?lái)了。

　　Then I testified against them， and said unto them， Why lodge ye about the wall？ if ye do so again， I will lay hands on you. From that time forth came they no more on the sabbath.

　　13：22 我吩咐利未人潔凈自己，來(lái)守城門(mén)，使安息日為圣。我的神阿，求你因這事記念我，照你的大慈愛(ài)憐恤我。

　　And I commanded the Levites that they should cleanse themselves， and that they should come and keep the gates， to sanctify the sabbath day. Remember me， O my God， concerning this also， and spare me according to the greatness of thy mercy.

　　13：23 那些日子，我也見(jiàn)猶大人娶了亞實(shí)突，亞捫，摩押的女子為妻。

　　In those days also saw I Jews that had married wives of Ashdod， of Ammon， and of Moab：

　　13：24 他們的兒女說(shuō)話，一半是亞實(shí)突的話，不會(huì)說(shuō)猶大的話，所說(shuō)的是照著各族的方言。

　　And their children spake half in the speech of Ashdod， and could not speak in the Jews' language， but according to the language of each people.

　　13：25 我就斥責(zé)他們，咒詛他們，打了他們幾個(gè)人，拔下他們的頭發(fā)，叫他們指著神起誓，必不將自己的女兒嫁給外邦人的兒子，也不為自己和兒子娶他們的女兒。

　　And I contended with them， and cursed them， and smote certain of them， and plucked off their hair， and made them swear by God， saying， Ye shall not give your daughters unto their sons， nor take their daughters unto your sons， or for yourselves.

　　13：26 我又說(shuō)，以色列王所羅門(mén)不是在這樣的事上犯罪嗎。在多國(guó)中并沒(méi)有一王像他，且蒙他神所愛(ài)，神立他作以色列全國(guó)的王。然而連他也被外邦女子引誘犯罪。

　　Did not Solomon king of Israel sin by these things？ yet among many nations was there no king like him， who was beloved of his God， and God made him king over all Israel： nevertheless even him did outlandish women cause to sin.

　　13：27 如此，我豈聽(tīng)你們行這大惡，娶外邦女子干犯我們的神呢。

　　Shall we then hearken unto you to do all this great evil， to transgress against our God in marrying strange wives？

　　13：28 大祭司以利亞實(shí)的孫子，耶何耶大的一個(gè)兒子是，和倫人叁巴拉的女婿，我就從我這里把他趕出去。

　　And one of the sons of Joiada， the son of Eliashib the high priest， was son in law to Sanballat the Horonite： therefore I chased him from me.

　　13：29 我的神阿，求你記念他們的罪。因?yàn)樗麄冪栉哿思浪镜穆毴危`背你與祭司利未人所立的約。

　　Remember them， O my God， because they have defiled the priesthood， and the covenant of the priesthood， and of the Levites.

　　13：30 這樣，我潔凈他們，使他們離絕一切外邦人，派定祭司和利未人的班次，使他們各盡其職。

　　Thus cleansed I them from all strangers， and appointed the wards of the priests and the Levites， every one in his business；

　　13：31 我又派百姓按定期獻(xiàn)柴，和初熟的土產(chǎn)。我的神阿，求你記念我，施恩與我。

　　And for the wood offering， at times appointed， and for the firstfruits. Remember me， O my God， for good.
