22：1 我的神，我的神，為什么離棄我。為什么遠(yuǎn)離不救我，不聽我唉哼的言語。
My God， my God， why hast thou forsaken me？ why art thou so far from helping me， and from the words of my roaring？
22：2 我的神阿，我白日呼求，你不應(yīng)允。夜間呼求，必不住聲。
O my God， I cry in the day time， but thou hearest not； and in the night season， and am not silent.
22：3 但你是圣潔的，是用以色列的贊美為寶座的。
But thou art holy， O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.
22：4 我們的祖宗倚靠你。他們倚靠你，你便解救他們。
Our fathers trusted in thee： they trusted， and thou didst deliver them.
22：5 他們哀求你，便蒙解救。他們倚靠你，就不羞愧。
They cried unto thee， and were delivered： they trusted in thee， and were not confounded.
22：6 但我是蟲，不是人。被眾人羞辱，被百姓藐視。
But I am a worm， and no man； a reproach of men， and despised of the people.
22：7 凡看見我的都嗤笑我。他們撇嘴搖頭，說，All they that see me laugh me to scorn： they shoot out the lip， they shake the head， saying，
22：8 他把自己交托耶和華，耶和華可以救他吧。耶和華既喜悅他，可以搭救他吧。
He trusted on the LORD that he would deliver him： let him deliver him， seeing he delighted in him.
22：9 但你是叫我出母腹的。我在母懷里，你就使我有倚靠的心。
But thou art he that took me out of the womb： thou didst make me hope when I was upon my mother's breasts.
22：10 我自出母胎就被交在你手里。從我母親生我，你就是我的神。
I was cast upon thee from the womb： thou art my God from my mother's belly.
22：11 求你不要遠(yuǎn)離我。因?yàn)榧彪y臨近了，沒有人幫助我。
Be not far from me； for trouble is near； for there is none to help.
22：12 有許多公牛圍繞我。巴珊大力的公牛四面困住我。
Many bulls have compassed me： strong bulls of Bashan have beset me round.
22：13 他們向我張口，好像抓撕吼叫的獅子。
They gaped upon me with their mouths， as a ravening and a roaring lion.
22：14 我如水被倒出來。我的骨頭都脫了節(jié)。我心在我里面如臘熔化。
I am poured out like water， and all my bones are out of joint： my heart is like wax； it is melted in the midst of my bowels.
22：15 我的精力枯乾，如同瓦片。我的舌頭貼在我牙床上。你將我安置在死地的塵土中。
My strength is dried up like a potsherd； and my tongue cleaveth to my jaws； and thou hast brought me into the dust of death.
22：16 犬類圍著我。惡黨環(huán)繞我。他們?cè)宋业氖?，我的腳。
For dogs have compassed me： the assembly of the wicked have inclosed me： they pierced my hands and my feet.
22：17 我的骨頭，我都能數(shù)過。他們瞪著眼看我。
I may tell all my bones： they look and stare upon me.
22：18 他們分我的外衣，為我的里衣拈鬮。
They part my garments among them， and cast lots upon my vesture.
22：19 耶和華阿，求你不要遠(yuǎn)離我。我的救主阿，求你快來幫助我。
But be not thou far from me， O LORD： O my strength， haste thee to help me.
22：20 求你救我的靈魂脫離刀劍，救我的生命脫離犬類。
Deliver my soul from the sword； my darling from the power of the dog.
22：21 救我脫離獅子的口。你已經(jīng)應(yīng)允我，使我脫離野牛的角。
Save me from the lion's mouth： for thou hast heard me from the horns of the unicorns.
22：22 我要將你的名傳與我的弟兄。在會(huì)中我要贊美你。
I will declare thy name unto my brethren： in the midst of the congregation will I praise thee.
22：23 你們敬畏耶和華的人，要贊美他。雅各的后裔，都要榮耀他。以色列的后裔，都要懼怕他。
Ye that fear the LORD， praise him； all ye the seed of Jacob， glorify him； and fear him， all ye the seed of Israel.
22：24 因?yàn)樗麤]有藐視憎惡受苦的人。也沒有向他掩面。那受苦之人呼吁的時(shí)候，他就垂聽。
For he hath not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted； neither hath he hid his face from him； but when he cried unto him， he heard.
22：25 我在大會(huì)中贊美你的話，是從你而來的。我要在敬畏耶和華的人面前還我的愿。
My praise shall be of thee in the great congregation： I will pay my vows before them that fear him.
22：26 謙卑的人必吃得飽足。尋求耶和華的人必贊美他。愿你們的心永遠(yuǎn)活著。
The meek shall eat and be satisfied： they shall praise the LORD that seek him： your heart shall live for ever.
22：27 地的四極，都要想念耶和華，并且歸順?biāo)?。列國的萬族，都要在你面前敬拜。
All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the LORD： and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee.
22：28 因?yàn)閲鴻?quán)是耶和華的。他是管理萬國的。
For the kingdom is the LORD's： and he is the governor among the nations.
22：29 地上一切豐肥的人，必吃喝而敬拜。凡下到塵土中不能存活自己性命的人，都要在他面前下拜。
All they that be fat upon earth shall eat and worship： all they that go down to the dust shall bow before him： and none can keep alive his own soul.
22：30 他必有后裔事奉他。主所行的事，必傳與后代。
A seed shall serve him； it shall be accounted to the Lord for a generation.
22：31 他們必來把他的公義傳給將要生的民，言明這事是他所行的。
They shall come， and shall declare his righteousness unto a people that shall be born， that he hath done this.
