In order to win the competition, each team will be very hard to plan and practice. In the game, each of them will learn how to cooperate and be responsible to their team mates. They also get mutual promotion through teamwork.

　　首先，學校集體運動能增強學生的合作精神和責任心。例如，大學開展集體運動比賽。為了贏得比賽，每個小組都要努力去規劃和練習。在比賽中，他們會學會合作，對自己的隊友負責。通過團隊合作他們還可以相互進步。

After doing sports, they will have more energy to do other things, like study. In a way, doing team sports and study are complementary.

Generally speaking, students who attend team sports in university will strengthen contacts, which is conductive to progress their future career.
