一、感謝信

1. 書信結(jié)構(gòu)

寫感謝信時(shí)，書信主體部分一般分為三個(gè)段落。第一段自我介紹，表明自己的身份(如果給比較陌生的人寫信)，說明寫信的目的并且表示清楚對對方的謝意。第二段詳細(xì)說明對方幫助自己的過程，事情發(fā)生的具體細(xì)節(jié)，強(qiáng)調(diào)對方給予幫助的重要性。第三段提出回報(bào)對方好意的建議，并再次表達(dá)自己的感謝之情。

五、建議信

1. 書信結(jié)構(gòu)

寫建議信，主要有三個(gè)部分。第一部分自我介紹，指出存在的問題，簡要指出其可能的不良后果。第二部分具體介紹情況：表示對存在問題有興趣，分析其產(chǎn)生原因，并提出合理建議。將最重要的建議放在首尾。強(qiáng)調(diào)所有重要的事項(xiàng)。第三部分期望對方對該問題重視，早日解決問題并表達(dá)自己愿意提供進(jìn)一步的幫助。

六、咨詢求助信

1. 書信結(jié)構(gòu)

咨詢信一般分為三部分：第一部分自我介紹，說明寫信目的(詢問某方面情況)，指明你所需要的信息;第二部分提供相關(guān)背景信息，指出你為什么需要這些信息。詢問具體相關(guān)事宜。指明你什么時(shí)候需要這些信息;第三部分表達(dá)請求幫助的愿望，預(yù)先感謝對方的幫助，并表示希望早日得到答復(fù)。
