Nowadays, distance-learning programs are such common thing for us, but some people argue that they're not as good as those by attending in a college or university in person. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

For one thing, we can listen to online lectures without leaving our homes and arrange our own study schedule at our own space. For another, it is easy for us to take free courses on the Internet and save a large proportion of transportation fees, thereby reducing our daily expenses.

In the past, for students who were physically challenged, they had to take great pains to arrive at their school. But fortunately, it is now possible for them to turn on the computer and then begin their online course within seconds, without worrying about the long journey to schools or sometimes discrimination from some of their classmates.
At the same time, it is by no means easy for the working population, who have strong desire for knowledge, to spend stationery periods of time at traditional schools due to their fixed working timetable. Therefore, the availability of online-course at best caters to them.
