In the modern society, with competitionbecomes increasingly fierce, to find a job is toodifficult for the young generation. Academicqualification, as a job a stepping-stone, is anessential factor during the job hunting.
Some people think that the highly educated mustbe able to find a good job, because education canprove that a person has a good capacity. Therefore, it is commonly believe that a job seekerwith a master degree must be easier to find a promising job than a undergraduate. However,now the company interviewers generally prefer to required a even higher academicqualification, like a doctor degree. Otherwise, the applicants, even though he or she hastremendous potential, will be refused relentlessly.
As far as I am concerned, education should not be the single standard in an interview. Asfor the companies, it is not necessarily a good principle as well. Now the whole communityoften talk about working ability and efficiency. For example, some people may have highacademic qualification, but actually his ability is very limited. So both the individual and thecommunity ought to change their attitude on academic qualification. We should realize thatit is the operational capability and service ability which can help you to find a good job.

在現(xiàn)代社會，隨著競爭越來越激烈，找工作對于年輕人來說異常困難。作為工作的敲門磚，學(xué)歷是找工作的一個重要因素。
一些人認為，受過高等教育的人肯定能找到好的工作，因為教育證明了他有很強的能力。所以我們通常認為碩士生會比本科生找到更好的工作。但是，現(xiàn)在很多公司的面試官通常要求更高的學(xué)歷，比如博士學(xué)位。否則，申請者即使能力再強也會遭到無情的拒絕。
我認為，教育不應(yīng)該是面試的唯一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。高學(xué)歷對于公司來說也不一定是好事。現(xiàn)代社會非常重視工作能力和效率，有很多人有高學(xué)歷但是真正的能力卻很有限。所以無論是個人還是社會，都應(yīng)當(dāng)改變對學(xué)歷的固有看法。我們應(yīng)當(dāng)意識到：只有工作和服務(wù)的能力才能幫助我們獲得好工作。
