In a modern society filled with increasingly fierce competition, work stress is one of the major problems with which people are faced. Therefore, the topic concerning how to strike a balance between work and leisure has given rise to public attention.
Admittedly, efforts input in daily work will give people sense of achievement. However, an overwhelming amount of workload will make people out of breath, leaving them little leisure time to have a break or to accompany their family members. Measures must be adopted to settle the problem. On the one hand, with a reasonable schedule, we can complete daily tasks efficiently, thus saving time for some relaxation. On the other hand,it is suggested that we make full use of vacations to take tours, which will allow us to release the pressure and have a good rest.
Working is our means of livelihood. Enjoying a relatively comfortablelife also plays a pivotal role in enhancingpeople’s sense of happiness. Only when there is a balance between work and leisure can we indulge in our jobs energetically and lead a more meaningful life.
