　　In a constantly changing world, employment condition of university graduates in our country is of increasing difficulty. A large number of students may choose to start a career after graduation for the purpose of self-improvement or in the pursuit of independence. Whatever field we choose, we have to face various challenges.

　　What kinds of challenges we would confront? When making a so-called reasonable plan, a graduate should consider all the possible difficulties. On the one hand, due to the lack of experience, we could not select our dreaming position in our job. However, a clear plan should be designed in mind. Following our hearts always come first. On the other hand, things don’t go well at the first stage. That’s why we need to look ahead and set some objectives, which can motivate us to excel ourselves.

　　All in all, starting a career for a graduate is not an easy task. As for ourselves, we ought to take practical actions to develop ourselves and cultivate independence. It is reasonable for us to believe that we can get more achievements through overcoming all the difficulties at the start of our career.

　　How to balance work and leisure

　　點評：六級出題一直都比較保守，基本都集中在生活，品質，關系這些方面。過往真題雖然沒有直接出現有關于壓力的題目，但是作文形式都是基于現象來引發思考，分析之后給出解決方案，從話題所涉及的方面而言，這是此次六級題目的“舊”。這次作文一定要注意審出題目關鍵詞：how 主題段內容必須集中在如何去做，給出建議，而不是平時我們寫的原因和影響的功能段。這是六級這一次從形式上的“新”。

　　Living in the modern society where working requirements have become increasingly high and leisure time are gradually shortening, we come to realize that keeping the balance between work and leisure is of utmost importance.

　　There are several suggestions that could help us to build up the balance between work and leisure. Firstly, it is decisive for us to press the “pause” when working hours are over. For instance, sending e-mails or working at night and holidays should be banned and replaced by face-to-face meeting and phone calls at workday. Secondly, excellent leisure activities should be introduced into daily life. We can go to gym or just wander around the park. When taking a deep breath, we may definitely feel relaxed and refresh ourselves. Finally, to-do list is key for us to unload the working pressure and throw ourselves into great passions in our life. Otherwise we may enter into the vicious circle of life.

　　Consequently, as for ourselves, we ought to know the breaking point when we work. For another, the companies and enterprises should also have the practical solution to decrease the overtime working hours. Only with these measures can we enjoy a better life.
