　　Nowadays students in some universities are entitled to the choice on lecturers for some courses.This offers students a more flexible and efficient way of learning.

　　There are several factors when choosing a lecturer.To begin with，a wide academic background should be preferred，since a learned teacher will greatly enlarge his/her students’scope of knowledge in delivering his/her lessons.Secondly'a teacher with a liberal teaching style is desirable，because this kind of teacher will create a relaxed and pleasant classroom atmosphere，thus making learning interesting.Last but not least，the personality of the lecturer should be paid attention to when choosing a lecturer.
