書信格式：
（一）稱呼
1、寫給機(jī)構(gòu)：Dear Sir or Madam,
2、寫給個(gè)人：Dear + 人名,
（二）正文：3段，10句，120-150詞，3-5個(gè)關(guān)聯(lián)詞，3-5個(gè)從句
1、第一段：2句
1）自我介紹（私人書信除外）：
I am a freshman/sophomore/junior/senior/undergraduate/graduate from the Department of Chinese Language and Literature of Beijing University.
2）寫作目的：
I am writing the letter in purpose of ...
I am writing to inform you that I wish to ...
（0） 建議信：give/offer/render useful/practical/conducive suggestions/proposals/recommendations
（0） 投訴信：express/air dissatisfaction/disappointment/concern regarding/concerning/as regards the canteen/library/bookstore
2、第二段：6句
