自信心的重要性 The Importance of Self-confidence
Self-confidence means the firm belief thatyou can do things well. If you want to succeed in doing anything, you must have confidence in your ability. Otherwise, you may hardly achieve anything. Somepeople always complain about how difficult their tasks would be and how incapable they are. They often refuse to have a try, and therefore have no opportunity to overcome difficulties in order to get themselves improved.Apparently, this shows their lack of self-confidence.
自信心就是堅(jiān)定地認(rèn)為你能夠做好某事。如果你想成功，你就應(yīng)當(dāng)對(duì)于自己的能力十分自信。一些人常常抱怨說，他們的任務(wù)多么地艱巨，自己又是多么地?zé)o法勝任。他們經(jīng)常拒絕嘗試，因?yàn)楦揪蜎]有機(jī)會(huì)克服困難，提高自己。很明顯，這說明他們?nèi)狈ψ孕拧?/p>
There are several reasons why people feel frustrated or discouraged in face of difficulties. Firstly, they underestimate themselves. Second, they tend to overestimate the difficulties. Third, they areafraid of making mistakes or getting failures.
為什么人們?cè)诶щy面前會(huì)感到沮喪和泄氣呢？首先，他們低估了自己。其次，他們往往高估了困難。最后他們害怕犯錯(cuò)誤，害怕失敗。
It is important for young people to buildup self-confidence. As a proverb goes,” confidence in yourself is the firststep on the road to success.” we should make sufficient preparations and encourage ourselves before setting about doing anything in order to achievesuccess, which may help us gain self-confidence. We should have a right attitude toward our ability and should never look down upon ourselves. Inaddition, we don’t have to be afraid of mistakes or failures, for we can learn from mistakes and “failure is the mother of success”.
年輕人樹立自信心是十分重要的，有則諺語講到，“自信是通往成功的第一步。”為了取得成功，在著手做事的時(shí)候，我們應(yīng)當(dāng)做好充分的準(zhǔn)備，不斷鼓勵(lì)自己，這樣才能獲得自信。對(duì)于自己的能力我們應(yīng)當(dāng)有一個(gè)正確的態(tài)度，永遠(yuǎn)不要小看自己。此外，我們還不要害怕失敗和錯(cuò)誤，因?yàn)槭∈浅晒χ福覀兛梢詮氖≈袑W(xué)習(xí)。
