This mail is to extend our sincere apology for the late payment of the loan from your company. We were supposed to make a payment of ￥ 100,000 with a 6% interest on it on the 7th of last month. However, we shall make the due payments in the coming month. The interest as well as the late payment fees of ￥ 5,000 would be paid along with the installment.
