In summer, the weather is hot. We should drink more water, because we sweat a lot in hot days. But I prefer to eat fruits. Watermelons, apples and grapes are my favorite. They are all rich in water. There is a saying that an apple a day keeps the doctor away. Fruits are good for our body. There are many kinds of vitamins in fruits. Besides, some people do not like drinking water, so they can eat fruits instead. I am one of them.
夏天天氣很熱，我們應(yīng)該喝更多的水因?yàn)闊崽煳覀兞艉芏嗪梗俏蚁矚g吃水果。西瓜，蘋果核葡萄是我最喜歡的水果，它們含有豐富的水分。有一個說法是：“一天一蘋果，醫(yī)生遠(yuǎn)離我。” 水果對我們的身體有好處，水果中含有多種維生素。此外，有的人不喜歡喝水，所以他們吃水果代替。我也是他們其中之一。
