I hope this e-mail finds you well. Today I'm writing to introduce to you Ms. Sherry Chen, vice president in charge of the project planning and development division of Green Corporation. Ms. Chen will be visiting New York to study the feasibility of starting a new business in the U.S. and wishes to call on you for advice and information upon her arrival in New York on or around April 1.
I shall be most grateful to you for whatever assistance you may be able to give her when she calls on you. May I also add that she is a very likeable and interesting person, with an excellent command of English. So I'm sure you will enjoy meeting her.
