【寫法指要】
1）盡管這兩封信均沒有信內地址，但信頭卻都很齊全，屬于事務書信。特別正式的事務書信要求把信頭和信內地址都寫全，一般事務書信可以不寫信內地址。
2）事務書信是公司與公司，公司與機關團體，公司或機關團體對個人寫的書信，屬于正式的信件往來，所以要用正式文體來寫。信文里不能出現縮約形式。
3）寫英語事務書信時要開門見山，一開始就接觸主題內容，不能迂回。回信更應直接了當地就來信中的內容答復對方。
