題目：請根據(jù)下圖，結合實際，寫一篇英語短文，分析目前醫(yī)療服務現(xiàn)狀及其原因，并提出改進意見。
As is vividly shown in the picture,a patient with a cold is consulting his doctor.To his astonishment,the doctor recommends that he should do a set of physical check-ups.Having realized they are unnecessary,the patient immediately turns down the doctor's offer.
如圖所示，一位感冒的病人正在咨詢他的醫(yī)生。使他驚訝的是，醫(yī)生建議他應該做一套身體檢查。有意識到他們是不必要的，病人立即拒絕醫(yī)生的報價。
The disturbing phenomenon has caused wide social concern.There are several underlying causes behind it.Nowadays,people tend to care more about their health and expect a longer life span,thus causing a boom in medical treatment.People are willing to spend more money on health care.Some hospitals take advantage of this and offer patients more unnecessary physical examinations in order to make more profits.
令人不安的現(xiàn)象引起了廣泛的社會關注。有幾個背后的原因。如今，人們更關心他們的健康，期望壽命更長，從而導致了醫(yī)療的繁榮。人們愿意花更多的錢在醫(yī)療保健上。一些醫(yī)院利用這一優(yōu)勢，為患者提供更多不必要的體檢，以使更多的利潤。
In my view,it's high time that urgent measures should be taken to improve the present situation.First,doctors should live up to patients'expectations and put saving people's lives above anything else.Second,the authorities should shoulder its responsibility to ensure that hospitals provide people with high-quality medical care at a reasonable price.(158 words)
在我看來，現(xiàn)在應該采取緊急措施來改善目前的形勢了。首先，醫(yī)生應該對病人的期望值，并把人的生命放在其他任何東西上面。其次，當局應承擔起它的責任，確保醫(yī)院為人民提供高質量的醫(yī)療服務，以合理的價格。
