關于男女平等 Different Views on Equality of Men and Women

Should men and women be equal? Different people have different ideas on this issue. Some people think that men are superior to women, because men are physically strong. They are better at heavy labor work. And they can also carry on the family lines and hold the important positions. However, other people don’t agree on this idea. They believe that women are as capable as men. Sometimes, women can even do a lot of things better than men, for they are more careful, patient, and responsible. Now there have been so many women leaders and women scientists in the world. Accordingly, we shouldn’t look down upon women. Instead, men and women should be given the equal right and chance to study and work, so that they can do some even greater contributions to our nation. As far as I am concerned, I am in favor of the latter. 男女是否應該平等？在這個問題上不同的人有不同的看法。有些人認為男性優于女性，因為男性身體強壯。他們更善于干粗重活。他們也能夠從事家族事業，擔任重要職位。但是，另外一些人卻不同意這一觀點。他們認為，女人和男人一樣能干。有時候，很多事情女人也能比男人做得更好，因為她們更細心，更耐心，更有責任心。現在世界上已經有很多的女領導人和女科學家。因此，我們不應該看不起女人。相反，男人和女人應該有平等的權利和機會來學習和工作，這樣她們才可以對我們國家做一些更大的貢獻。就我而言，我同意后者。
