舊約 -- 那鴻書(Nahum) -- 第2章
2：1 尼尼微阿，那打碎邦國(guó)的上來攻擊你。你要看守保障，謹(jǐn)防道路，使腰強(qiáng)壯，大大勉力。
He that dasheth in pieces is come up before thy face： keep the munition， watch the way， make thy loins strong， fortify thy power mightily.
2：2 耶和華復(fù)興雅各的榮華，好像以色列的榮華一樣。因?yàn)槭沟乜仗摰模呀?jīng)使雅各和以色列空虛，將他們的葡萄枝毀壞了。
For the LORD hath turned away the excellency of Jacob， as the excellency of Israel： for the emptiers have emptied them out， and marred their vine branches.
2：3 他勇士的盾牌是紅的，精兵都穿朱紅衣服。在他預(yù)備爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)的日子，戰(zhàn)車上的鋼鐵閃爍如火，柏木把的槍也掄起來了。
The shield of his mighty men is made red， the valiant men are in scarlet： the chariots shall be with flaming torches in the day of his preparation， and the fir trees shall be terribly shaken.
2：4 車輛在街上（或作城外）急行，在寬闊處奔來奔去，形狀如火把，飛跑如閃電。
The chariots shall rage in the streets， they shall justle one against another in the broad ways： they shall seem like torches， they shall run like the lightnings.
2：5 尼尼微王招聚他的貴胄。他們步行絆跌。速上城墻，預(yù)備擋牌。
He shall recount his worthies： they shall stumble in their walk； they shall make haste to the wall thereof， and the defence shall be prepared.
2：6 河閘開放，宮殿沖沒。
The gates of the rivers shall be opened， and the palace shall be dissolved.
2：7 王后蒙羞，被人擄去，宮女捶胸，哀嗚如鴿。此乃命定之事。
And Huzzab shall be led away captive， she shall be brought up， and her maids shall lead her as with the voice of doves， tabering upon their breasts.
2：8 尼尼微自古以來充滿人民。如同聚水的池子，現(xiàn)在居民卻都逃跑。雖有人呼喊說，站住，站住，卻無人回顧。
But Nineveh is of old like a pool of water： yet they shall flee away. Stand， stand， shall they cry； but none shall look back.
2：9 你們搶掠金銀吧。因?yàn)樗e蓄的無窮，華美的寶器無數(shù)。
Take ye the spoil of silver， take the spoil of gold： for there is none end of the store and glory out of all the pleasant furniture.
2：10 尼尼微現(xiàn)在空虛荒涼，人心消化，雙膝相碰，腰都疼痛，臉都變色。
She is empty， and void， and waste： and the heart melteth， and the knees smite together， and much pain is in all loins， and the faces of them all gather blackness.
2：11 獅子的洞和少壯獅子喂養(yǎng)之處在哪里呢，公獅母獅小獅游行，無人驚嚇之地在哪里呢。
Where is the dwelling of the lions， and the feedingplace of the young lions， where the lion， even the old lion， walked， and the lion's whelp， and none made them afraid？
2：12 公獅為小獅撕碎許多食物，為母獅掐死活物，把撕碎的，掐死的充滿它的洞穴。
The lion did tear in pieces enough for his whelps， and strangled for his lionesses， and filled his holes with prey， and his dens with ravin.
2：13 萬軍之耶和華說，我與你為敵，必將你的車輛焚燒成煙，刀劍也必吞滅你的少壯獅子。我必從地上除滅你所撕碎的，你使者的聲音必不再聽見。
Behold， I am against thee， saith the LORD of hosts， and I will burn her chariots in the smoke， and the sword shall devour thy young lions： and I will cut off thy prey from the earth， and the voice of thy messengers shall no more be heard.
