舊約 -- 以賽亞書(shū)(Isaiah) -- 第36章

　　36：1 希西家王十四年，亞述王西拿基立，上來(lái)攻擊猶大的一切堅(jiān)固城，將城攻取。

　　Now it came to pass in the fourteenth year of king Hezekiah， that Sennacherib king of Assyria came up against all the defenced cities of Judah， and took them.

　　36：2 亞述王從拉吉差遣拉伯沙基，率領(lǐng)大軍，往耶路撒冷到希西家王那里去。他就站在上池的水溝旁，在漂布地的大路上。

　　And the king of Assyria sent Rabshakeh from Lachish to Jerusalem unto king Hezekiah with a great army. And he stood by the conduit of the upper pool in the highway of the fuller's field.

　　36：3 于是希勒家的兒子家宰以利亞敬，并書(shū)記舍伯那，和亞薩的兒子史官約亞，出來(lái)見(jiàn)拉伯沙基。

　　Then came forth unto him Eliakim， Hilkiah's son， which was over the house， and Shebna the scribe， and Joah， Asaph's son， the recorder.

　　36：4 拉伯沙基對(duì)他們說(shuō)，你們?nèi)ジ嬖V希西家說(shuō)，亞述大王如此說(shuō)，你所倚靠的有什么可仗賴(lài)的呢。

　　And Rabshakeh said unto them， Say ye now to Hezekiah， Thus saith the great king， the king of Assyria， What confidence is this wherein thou trustest？

　　36：5 你說(shuō)，有打仗的計(jì)謀和能力。我看不過(guò)是虛話(huà)，你到底倚靠誰(shuí)，才背叛我呢。

　　I say， sayest thou， （but they are but vain words） I have counsel and strength for war： now on whom dost thou trust， that thou rebellest against me？

　　36：6 看哪，你所倚靠的埃及，是那壓傷的葦仗，人若靠這仗，就必刺透他的手。埃及王法老向一切倚靠他的人，也是這樣。

　　Lo， thou trustest in the staff of this broken reed， on Egypt； whereon if a man lean， it will go into his hand， and pierce it： so is Pharaoh king of Egypt to all that trust in him.

　　36：7 你若對(duì)我說(shuō)，我們倚靠耶和華我們的神。希西家豈不是將神的邱壇，和祭壇廢去，且對(duì)猶大和耶路撒冷的人說(shuō)，你們當(dāng)在這壇前敬拜嗎。

　　But if thou say to me， We trust in the LORD our God： is it not he， whose high places and whose altars Hezekiah hath taken away， and said to Judah and to Jerusalem， Ye shall worship before this altar？

　　36：8 現(xiàn)在你把當(dāng)頭給我主亞述王，我給你二千匹馬，看你這一面騎馬的人彀不彀。

　　Now therefore give pledges， I pray thee， to my master the king of Assyria， and I will give thee two thousand horses， if thou be able on thy part to set riders upon them.

　　36：9 若不然，怎能打敗我主臣仆中最小的軍長(zhǎng)呢。你竟倚靠埃及的戰(zhàn)車(chē)馬兵嗎。

　　How then wilt thou turn away the face of one captain of the least of my master's servants， and put thy trust on Egypt for chariots and for horsemen？

　　36：10 現(xiàn)在我上來(lái)攻擊毀滅這地，豈沒(méi)有耶和華的意思嗎。耶和華吩咐我說(shuō)，你上去攻擊毀滅這地吧。

　　And am I now come up without the LORD against this land to destroy it？ the LORD said unto me， Go up against this land， and destroy it.

　　36：11 以利亞敬，舍伯那，約亞，對(duì)拉伯沙基說(shuō)，求你用亞蘭言語(yǔ)和仆人說(shuō)話(huà)，因?yàn)槲覀兌?，不要用猶大言語(yǔ)和我們說(shuō)話(huà)達(dá)到城上百姓的耳中。

　　Then said Eliakim and Shebna and Joah unto Rabshakeh， Speak， I pray thee， unto thy servants in the Syrian language； for we understand it： and speak not to us in the Jews' language， in the ears of the people that are on the wall.

　　36：12 拉伯沙基說(shuō)，我主差遣我來(lái)，豈是單對(duì)你和你的主說(shuō)這些話(huà)嗎，不也是對(duì)這些坐在城上，要與你們一同吃自己糞喝自己尿的人說(shuō)嗎。

　　But Rabshakeh said， Hath my master sent me to thy master and to thee to speak these words？ hath he not sent me to the men that sit upon the wall， that they may eat their own dung， and drink their own piss with you？

　　36：13 于是拉伯沙基站著，用猶大言語(yǔ)，大聲喊著說(shuō)，你們當(dāng)聽(tīng)亞述大王的話(huà)。

　　Then Rabshakeh stood， and cried with a loud voice in the Jews' language， and said， Hear ye the words of the great king， the king of Assyria.

　　36：14 王如此說(shuō)，你們不要被希西家欺哄了，因他不能拯救你們。

　　Thus saith the king， Let not Hezekiah deceive you： for he shall not be able to deliver you.

　　36：15 也不要聽(tīng)希西家使你們倚靠耶和華說(shuō)，耶和華必要拯救我們，這城必不交在亞述王的手中。

　　Neither let Hezekiah make you trust in the LORD， saying， The LORD will surely deliver us： this city shall not be delivered into the hand of the king of Assyria.

　　36：16 不要聽(tīng)希西家的話(huà)，因亞述王如此說(shuō)，你們要與我和好，出來(lái)投降我，各人就可以吃自己葡萄樹(shù)和無(wú)花果樹(shù)的果子，喝自己井里的水。

　　Hearken not to Hezekiah： for thus saith the king of Assyria， Make an agreement with me by a present， and come out to me： and eat ye every one of his vine， and every one of his fig tree， and drink ye every one the waters of his own cistern；

　　36：17 等我來(lái)領(lǐng)你們到一個(gè)地方，與你們本地一樣，就是有五谷和新酒之地，有糧食和葡萄園之地。

　　Until I come and take you away to a land like your own land， a land of corn and wine， a land of bread and vineyards.

　　36：18 你們要謹(jǐn)防，恐怕希西家勸導(dǎo)你們說(shuō)，耶和華必要拯救我們。列國(guó)的神有那一個(gè)救他本國(guó)脫離亞述王的手呢。

　　Beware lest Hezekiah persuade you， saying， The LORD will deliver us. Hath any of the gods of the nations delivered his land out of the hand of the king of Assyria？

　　36：19 哈馬和亞珥拔的神在那里呢，西法瓦音的神在那里呢，他們?cè)热霈斃麃喢撾x我的手嗎。

　　Where are the gods of Hamath and Arphad？ where are the gods of Sepharvaim？ and have they delivered Samaria out of my hand？

　　36：20 這些國(guó)的神，有誰(shuí)曾救自己的國(guó)脫離我的手呢，難到耶和華能救耶路撒冷脫離我的手嗎。

　　Who are they among all the gods of these lands， that have delivered their land out of my hand， that the LORD should deliver Jerusalem out of my hand？

　　36：21 百姓靜默不言，并不回答一句，因?yàn)橥踉愿勒f(shuō)，不要回答他。

　　But they held their peace， and answered him not a word： for the king's commandment was， saying， Answer him not.

　　36：22 當(dāng)下希勒家的兒子家宰以利亞敬，和書(shū)記舍伯那，并亞薩的兒子史官約亞，都撕裂衣服，來(lái)到希西家那里，將拉伯沙基的話(huà)告訴了他。

　　Then came Eliakim， the son of Hilkiah， that was over the household， and Shebna the scribe， and Joah， the son of Asaph， the recorder， to Hezekiah with their clothes rent， and told him the words of Rabshakeh.
