137：1 他們曾在巴比倫的河邊坐下，一追想錫安就哭了。
By the rivers of Babylon， there we sat down， yea， we wept， when we remembered Zion.
137：2 我們把琴掛在那里的柳樹上。
We hanged our harps upon the willows in the midst thereof.
137：3 因為在那里，擄掠我們的要我們唱歌，搶奪我們的，要我們作樂，說，給我們唱一首錫安歌吧。
For there they that carried us away captive required of us a song； and they that wasted us required of us mirth， saying， Sing us one of the songs of Zion.
137：4 我們怎能在外邦唱耶和華的歌呢。
How shall we sing the LORD's song in a strange land？
137：5 耶路撒冷阿，我若忘記你，情愿我的右手忘記技巧。
If I forget thee， O Jerusalem， let my right hand forget her cunning.
137：6 我若不記念你，若不看耶路撒冷過于我所最喜樂的，情愿我的舌頭貼于上膛。
If I do not remember thee， let my tongue cleave to the roof of my mouth； if I prefer not Jerusalem above my chief joy.
137：7 耶路撒冷遭難的日子，以東人說，拆毀，拆毀，直拆到根基。耶和華阿求你記念這仇。
Remember， O LORD， the children of Edom in the day of Jerusalem； who said， Rase it， rase it， even to the foundation thereof.
137：8 將要被滅的巴比倫城阿（城原文是女子），報復(fù)你像你待我們的，那人便為有福。
O daughter of Babylon， who art to be destroyed； happy shall he be， that rewardeth thee as thou hast served us.
137：9 拿你的嬰孩摔在磐石上的，那人便為有福。
Happy shall he be， that taketh and dasheth thy little ones against the stones.
