Today the crime rate in cities of our country is rising. Many citizens often complain about the thefts and robberies that have taken palce in the areas they live in and appeal to the governments at all levels to take effective measures to reduce the crime rate.
如今犯罪發(fā)生率在我國(guó)眾多城市呈現(xiàn)出上升趨勢(shì)。許多公民常常抱怨在他們生活的地方，偷竊和搶劫常發(fā)生。他們希望各級(jí)政府能采取有效措施來(lái)減少犯罪發(fā)生率。
Faced with criminals, some people are so frightened that they shamelessly give up the fight and other people turn a blind eye to them. However, some people are brave enough, to risk their lives to fight the criminals.Their fearless actions prevented the criminals from doing evils, saved the victims, and protected the public properties.
面對(duì)罪犯，好些人因?yàn)檫^(guò)于害怕而無(wú)恥地放棄了斗爭(zhēng)，和其他人一樣，睜一只眼閉一只眼。可是，還是有些人有足夠的勇氣與罪犯斗爭(zhēng)。他們無(wú)懼罪犯的行動(dòng)阻止了犯罪分子做邪惡的事情，拯救了受害者并保護(hù)了公共財(cái)產(chǎn)。
To reduce the crime rate, we all the people should receive a law education. Criminals must be severelypunished. Meanwhile we should set up a foundation to reward those who fight criminals. It is also important to call on people to learn from those heroes and encourage more people to stand up to crime.
為了降低犯罪率，我們所有人都應(yīng)該接受法制教育。罪犯必須受到嚴(yán)懲。同時(shí)，我們應(yīng)該建立一個(gè)基金來(lái)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)勇于與犯罪分子斗爭(zhēng)的人。號(hào)召人們向英雄學(xué)習(xí)并鼓勵(lì)更多的人抵抗犯罪也是一件非常重要的事情。
