在托福寫作的過程中，對于中國學生來說，最為常用的方法應(yīng)該說是“舉例法”。托福獨立寫作的時候，一個好的例證的不但可以幫助大家明確指明論點，也能充實文章的內(nèi)容。那么，在舉例論證法中，有著哪些細節(jié)需要我們?nèi)ゼ右躁P(guān)注呢?下面我們就為大家詳細的關(guān)注一些吧。
“舉例法”是較為常見的例證方法，它可以是由一個詞、一個句子或者幾個句子組成。譬如Modern homes often include the comforts of modern life, e.g. Air-conditioning and modern kitchens.
常用的舉例方法有多例法和單例法。首先看多例法，寫這個方面的前提是對于一個話題有很多話說。譬如講農(nóng)業(yè)科技的發(fā)展使得食物更加有營養(yǎng)。首先現(xiàn)代科技在種子培養(yǎng)的發(fā)展方面使得農(nóng)作物產(chǎn)量更高，富含營養(yǎng)更豐富，而且市場上水果及農(nóng)產(chǎn)品也更多樣化了。其次，人們可以將農(nóng)作物種在溫室里，可以將植物種植在具有適宜營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)的人造土壤里，而不需使用各種化學藥品加速作物生長。同時，食品加工也更先進了，比如米的加工，一些工序可以快速去除其中的雜質(zhì)，同時能有效地將關(guān)鍵營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)保留。在寫的時候注意用恰當?shù)倪B詞將例子連貫就好了。
另外一種便是單例法。一個較長的、完整的舉例應(yīng)該包括“三要素”——舉例引導(dǎo)句、例子本身、例子的含義。其中，例子本身和例子的含義不能被省略。
譬如降到現(xiàn)在人們吃的食物更健康了因為每個人都更重視均衡飲食了。舉一個熟知的人的例子。The food we have is more healthful than before because individuals attach greater importance to a balanced diet.擺明觀點Take for example my grandmother who is 65 years old and enjoys her current late-life.引出例子To keep a good figure and a sound physical condition, she focuses on the daily nutrition taken from the food. At breakfast, she generallyhas soymilk, cereals, a boiled egg, and a small sum of noodlesto keep energetic in the morning. At noon, she will have some meat such as beef and chicken to gain necessary animal proteins. However, in the evening,she only has some piecesof boiled lettuce or broccoli to ease the burden of digestion. Plus,the greasy, salty and very spicy dishes would barely exist in her personalmenu. Actually, countless are people who have a similar dietary habit as my grandmother’s.例子本身的細節(jié)The example highly illustrates that the food with low calorie, fat and cholesterol is increasingly popular among the modern people.最后點題，說明例子的意義。
在運用例子時，例子的表達要注意具體性，加入更多充滿畫面感的細節(jié)描寫，可以讓所說的東西更“可信”。
