Recently, it’s quite common to hear the news that the government’s key officials were found guilty of accepting bribes, abusing personal power and thus being put into prison. Such news has aroused great attention from the public. Apparently, it’s really necessary to fight against corruption and reduce red tape. A clean government is the basic foundation for the steady and healthy growth for our country’s development.
最近，我們經(jīng)常看到新聞報(bào)道說政府高官應(yīng)受賄、濫用權(quán)力而被關(guān)進(jìn)監(jiān)獄。此類新聞引發(fā)了公眾的極大注意。顯而易見，打擊腐敗，減少官僚作風(fēng)非常有必要。清正廉潔的政府是我們國(guó)家穩(wěn)定、健康發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。
First of all, to be a public servant should work diligently in an honest and clean way and abide by laws and regulations when performing his duties. He must remember that personal interests should put behind country’s interests. That’s the basic requirement for them. Any official who fails to meet the standard of these rules should be kicked out of the public servant forever. And the incomes and outputs of the governments should be examined by random. The daily expense of the governments must reduce to the minimized.
首先，當(dāng)一個(gè)公務(wù)員必須勤奮工作，公正廉潔，遵守法律法規(guī)。他必須牢記個(gè)人利益要放在國(guó)家利益之后。這是最基本的要求。任何違背這些法規(guī)的公務(wù)員被永久性的開除公職。政府的收入和支出也應(yīng)當(dāng)不定期進(jìn)行檢查。政府的日常開銷必須減到最少。
Secondly, the public servants should remain themselves that their salaries come from ordinary people tax-paying. Tens of thousands people pay tax for the government’s daily expense as well as public servants and key officials’ incomes. If the servants abused their position power to gain benefits, they will receive punishment.
其次，公務(wù)員應(yīng)該提醒自己：他們的工資來自普通人所繳納的稅收。成千上萬的人所納的稅，為政府的開銷和公務(wù)員工和政府高官的收入埋單。如果人民公仆濫用手頭上的權(quán)利去謀取不正當(dāng)利益，那么，他們將會(huì)受到懲罰。
To reduce governments’ corruptions, what we can do is to strengthen supervision mechanisms, so as to publish corrupted officials and let them pay higher costs for their behavior. What’s more, we should take effective measures to put a limit on their power and prevent them from abusing power. Only in this way, we can have a clean environment.
為了減少政府腐敗現(xiàn)象，我們能做的是加強(qiáng)監(jiān)督體系，懲處腐敗官員，讓他們?yōu)樽约旱男袨楦冻霭嘿F的代價(jià)。再有，我們可以采取有效的舉措限制他們的權(quán)利以此來阻止他們?yōu)E用權(quán)利。只有這樣，我們才能有個(gè)廉潔的環(huán)境。
