英文書信的寫作
I.英文書信寫作的五項基本原則
這五項基本原則是：consideration, conciseness, clarity, courtesy, correctness。即：體貼、簡明、清晰、禮貌、正確。
II.英文書信的結構
1. 信頭(Heading)：包括寫信人地址和寫信日期。位置在信箋的右上角。地址從小到大，按單位換行，比如第一行寫門牌號和街道，第二行寫城市和省(州)，第三行寫國家和郵政編碼。日期按照下列格式：June 1,2000(美國)，1 June,2000(英國)。
2. 封內地址(Inside Address)：如果是比較正式的信函，信箋上還要寫上對收信人的稱呼和他的地址。它一般位于信頭的下方，信箋的左邊頂格的位置。
3.稱呼(salutation)：封內地址低兩行，靠左邊頂格自成一行。如果是公函，則稱呼對方的職位，如果是一般朋友則可稱呼為My dear XX，如果是比較熟悉的朋友則可以用Dear XX。
4. 正文(The body)：有什么寫什么即可。但注意五項基本原則。
5.結尾詞和簽名(Complmentary close and Signature)：一般信函的結尾詞用Yours sincerely/truely/faithfully)。如果是公函則以Yours respectfully結尾為多。親密一些的私人信件則可以根據情況以Yours ever/ affectionaely，love,等結尾。
結尾詞下方要求手寫簽名，手寫簽名下方打印簽名。
6. 附件和再啟(Enclosure and Postscript)
如果有附件，則可以按照這樣的格式寫：Enclosure: XXX。如果有另外的事情需要補充，則可以用P.S.開頭，表示“又啟，又及”的意思。
7. 信封的格式(superscription)：寫信人的姓名地址位于信封左上角(或信封背面中上方)。收信人的姓名地址位于信封中央或偏右。
8. 收轉：在收信人姓名下方寫上收轉人的姓名，并在前面寫上c/o字樣
