建議信 Letter of Advice
建議信是對收信人就某一問題提出看法、建議或忠告。建議信不同于投訴信，所以寫信人一定要注意禮貌當先。建議信一般包括以下內容：首先說明寫信的目的，其次，在肯定優點的基礎上提出自己的建議或看法(否則別人以為你在投訴，而不是在提建議)，最后表達希望采納建議。
