1．從經(jīng)濟(jì)方面，contribute much to government revenue,如果baned ,則會導(dǎo)致unemployment
2．從權(quán)利方面，Smoking just a hobby and amusement, 人們有權(quán)選擇自己的 lifestyle
3．從健康方面，必須承認(rèn)抽閑是detrimental to health,但是the harm is exaggerated．
如果控制每天的吸煙量，不會對健康造成devastating problem．而且還有relieve stress 和 calm down．
歷史上有一些偉人吸煙，毛澤東，鄧小平，他們?nèi)匀籩njoy long life expectancy．
