It is a general concept that in contemporary society, individuals feel their time is squeezed for work, and thus they have no chances to relax themselves. This problem has triggered much concern and become an urgent task for us to tackle.
Several possible methods, in my mind, help to balance the two. To start with, it is imperative to boost our work efficiency, which saves substantial time for what we enjoy. It is precisely why some people can do more recreational activities despite the same workload. Besides, being single-minded is part and parcel in having a break and doing our work. If we dream of enjoying leisure time when we are engaged in our jobs, work will become more burdensome than ever. Even more importantly, we should attach importance to some useful and effective techniques. There is no escaping fact that certain skills can make the same work less exhausting for us.
Based on what have been analyzed above, a conclusion can be safely drawn that if we long to fully experience the bright side of work, we cannot neglect the significance of leisure. We can combine the two by advancing our efficiency and focusing on only one aim.
