　　1.審清題目，了解這是什么文體，是個人信函還是公務信函，要看清楚要求。

　　2.思考稱謂應該怎么寫。

　　3.分為三段

　　第一段：寫信目的

　　第二段：具體內容

　　第三段：表示感謝(或者歉意)

　　4.思考落款該怎么寫。

　　英語四級信件作文必殺句：

　　(一) 自我介紹

　　注：如果公務信函需要自我介紹，因為對方不認識寫信人;如果是私人信函不需要自我介紹。

　　I am a university student majoring in environmental science.

　　(二)寫信目的：

　　1.I am writing this letter for the purpose of resigning from the current post/position.

　　2.I am writing to inform you that I wish to request if you could find a potential beneficiary of Project Hope.

　　3.I am writing this letter of my intention of withdrawing from my current position.

　　4.I am writing this letter in order to express my sincere gratitude to you.

　　(三)表示感謝：

It intends to tell us that love is powerful. Harry Potter is invincible because his mother Lily tried to save him by sacrificing her own life. A good book is our faithful friend.
