To后面填上動詞+名詞組合
比如：發揚/抑制這種社會現象
發揚：advocate, enhance, strengthen, reinforce, further, advance

現象：social phenomenon, situation, condition
好(現象)：positive, favorable, desirable
壞(現象)：negative, unfavorable, undesirable, adverse
比如為了解決這個現象，我們需要各方努力。

比如為了推動這個現象，我們有以下幾個方法。

解決方案不外乎兩種：第一種是“天下興亡，匹夫有責”，所謂微觀解決法;第二種是政府媒體，所謂宏觀解決法。
第二句：解決方法1(微觀解決)
