西部支教
In recent years, college students are encouraged to help students with their study in rural China. They have been doing their utmost to impart knowledge and otIering help to those students who want to learn eagerly.
近些年來，大學(xué)生被鼓勵去幫助中國農(nóng)村學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)。他們一直竭盡全力在為那些急切渴望求學(xué)的學(xué)生傳授知識和提供幫助。
The volunteer teaching is beneficial in the following two aspects. On the one hand, college volunteers are really devoted themselves to the teaching and they take an active role in developing teaching materials and organizing classes. They help to widen the horizon of students in underdeveloped regions and impart them new knowledge and thoughts. As a result, they are extremely welcomed and respected by the children there. On the other hand, by adapting themselves to the hard living conditions, college students can learn how to deal with difficulties and face challenges as well. What's more, the volunteer experience will be always a valuable treasure in his or her life.
支教在以下兩個方面有幫助。其一，大學(xué)志愿者確實會投入到教學(xué)中去，他們在研發(fā)教育資料和組織課堂方面起了積極作用。他們幫助不發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的學(xué)生開拓視野，并且傳授給他們新的知識和想法。所以，他們極其受那里的孩子們的歡迎和尊重。其二，通過讓他們自己適應(yīng)艱苦的生活條件，大學(xué)生可以學(xué)到如何處理困難以及面對挑戰(zhàn)。另外，志愿者的經(jīng)歷總是能成為他或她人生中一筆寶貴的財富。
In my opinion, every Chinese citizen is responsible for the development of education in China. Furthermore, college students should take the lead in response to the appeal for offering aid to children in remote areas.(179 words)
