此類作文直接要求考生比較兩種對立的觀點或做法，進而表明自己對問題或事務的態度或觀點，做出選擇。
觀點選擇型關鍵句式
There is a general discussion nowadays on the problem of… .Some argue/ hold that…, but others set forth a totally different argument about the issue. 如今，XX問題引起了廣泛的討論，有些人 認為…，但其他人則對此持有完全相反的觀點。
