BEC初級寫作分為兩部分,第二部分為BEC商業(yè)信函。商業(yè)函件業(yè)務(wù)簡稱商函業(yè)務(wù),它區(qū)別于具有個人通信性質(zhì)的信件,是為社會各類用戶提供迅速準(zhǔn)確傳遞商用信息的業(yè)務(wù)。 商業(yè)函件是一種廣告媒體,利用郵局點(diǎn)多面廣的優(yōu)勢,以郵寄的方式,將廣告客戶要求寄發(fā)廣告商品介紹、訂貨單、調(diào)查征函、通知單等投送到廣告客戶所希望的接收人手中。
商業(yè)函件是一種新興的廣告形式,利用郵政點(diǎn)多面廣的優(yōu)勢,以郵寄信件的方式,將您要求寄發(fā)的廣告、商品介紹、訂貨單、調(diào)查征詢函、通知單等投送到指定的收件人手中。目前商業(yè)函件的種類有信函型商函、對帳單型商函、郵送廣告(印刷品形式)、貨樣廣告型商函、郵政廣告郵資明信片(含企業(yè)拜年卡)等。
廣告函件與廣播電視及報刊廣告相比,具有廣告發(fā)布面廣、針對性強(qiáng)、 手續(xù)簡便、價格便宜、方便迅速等特點(diǎn)。
