劍橋商務(wù)英語(yǔ)證書(shū)(CambridgeBusinessEnglishCertificate，簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)BEC)考試，是英國(guó)劍橋大學(xué)考試委員會(huì)(UCLES)專(zhuān)門(mén)為非英語(yǔ)母語(yǔ)國(guó)家的人員進(jìn)行國(guó)際商務(wù)活動(dòng)的需要而設(shè)計(jì)的。由于證書(shū)頒發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)的權(quán)威性較強(qiáng)，該項(xiàng)考試在歐美許多國(guó)家被廣泛認(rèn)可，是求職英語(yǔ)能力證明的上選證書(shū)，并被英國(guó)50多所大學(xué)認(rèn)可作為入學(xué)英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言能力證明。
在中國(guó)，在“考證熱”的影響下，BEC的考生60%為在校學(xué)生，其目的是為了獲取證書(shū)，作為求職就業(yè)的敲門(mén)磚。
