父母應(yīng)該培養(yǎng)孩子的獨(dú)立性 Parents Should Help Children to Be Independent
In our country,the only-one child policy has made more and more parents pay somuch attention to their children that they would like to replace their childrento do everything,including study,work and even marriage.This notion hasgiven to many problems for children’s grow-ups.Therefore,our parents should learn to help their children to be independent.
在我國(guó)，由于計(jì)劃生育政策使越來(lái)越多的家長(zhǎng)更加的重視他們的孩子，以至于他們?cè)敢鉃樗麄兊暮⒆幼鋈魏问虑椋▽W(xué)習(xí)，工作，甚至婚姻。這樣的觀念給孩子的成長(zhǎng)帶來(lái)了許多問(wèn)題。因此，父母應(yīng)該幫助孩子獨(dú)立。
There are some suggestions given to our parents.For one thing,it is quite important for our parents to realize that their children will grow up and have their own ideas and thoughts as time goes by.Thus,children should be encouraged to make some decisions alone in some matters so that they are able to pursue what they want.And this would also make contribution to solve what we called“generationgap.”
這是給父母的一些建議。首先，讓我們的父母認(rèn)識(shí)到隨著時(shí)間的流逝他們的孩子會(huì)長(zhǎng)大而且也會(huì)有自己的想法是很重要的。因此，在某些事情上應(yīng)該鼓勵(lì)孩子獨(dú)自做出決定，這樣他們才可以追求他們想要的東西。這也將有利于解決我們所謂的“代溝”問(wèn)題。
For another,our parents should believe that their children have enough ability to deal with their personal matters and differentiate between good and evil.Hence,parents should give some family chores to their children properly because it is a good chance to train them.
另一方面，我們的父母應(yīng)該相信他們的孩子有足夠的能力來(lái)處理他們的個(gè)人事務(wù)，明辨是非。父母應(yīng)該給孩子做一些家務(wù)因?yàn)檫@是訓(xùn)練他們的好機(jī)會(huì)。
Of course,I am not saying that our parents should not help their children when they are getting into trouble,but I contend that our parents should give their children a free hand in some matters to help them to be independent.
當(dāng)然，我不是說(shuō)我們的父母不應(yīng)該在他們的孩子陷入麻煩的時(shí)候幫助他們，但我認(rèn)為，父母應(yīng)該在某些問(wèn)題方面給孩子自主決定權(quán)來(lái)幫助他們獨(dú)立。
