不吸煙 No Smoking
At present, many teenagers smoke. I don't think it's a good phenomenon. It must be stopped, for smoking is harmful in many ways.
目前，很多青少年吸煙。我不覺得這是一個好的現(xiàn)象。這種現(xiàn)象必須要停止，因為吸煙在很多方面都是有害的。
First,smoking is bad for our health. As we start smoking, it's so difficult to giveup, because the tobacco contains a drug called nicotine, which can get us into the habit of smoking. When we go without nicotine, our bodies will feel sick.
首先，吸煙對我們的健康有害。我們一開始吸煙，就很難戒掉，因為煙草含有一種叫尼古丁的藥物，它能讓我們養(yǎng)成吸煙的習(xí)慣。當(dāng)我們體內(nèi)沒有尼古丁時，我們就會感到惡心。
Second,smoking is so dangerous. When we smoke in bed, we may kill ourselves as well asburn down our houses, for burning cigarette ends may cause a big fire. And if we threw the cigarette ends anywhere, it would also cause a fire disaster.
第二，吸煙是危險的。我們在床上吸煙的時候，我們可能會導(dǎo)致自殺或者燒毀房子，殺死自己，因為燃燒的煙頭可能引起火災(zāi)。如果我們把煙頭丟在任何地方都有可能會引起火災(zāi)。
Furthermore,once we smoke in public, we may make other people feel uncomfortable as well.
此外，如果我們在公共場所吸煙，我們可能會讓其他人感到不舒服。
Accordingly,for the sake of your and others’ health, please don't smoke.
因此，為了您和他人的健康，請不要吸煙。
