The Internet has been very importance part of people’s life, even a child can use computer, more and more people like to make friends online, because they spend much time to chat online. People like to chat online has many reasons.打從1990年起，因特網快速發展，人們每天都需要使用電腦，他們用電腦來工作和看新聞。因特網已經成為了人們生活中很重要的一部分，即使孩子都會使用電腦，越來越多的人喜歡在網上交朋友，因為他們花費很多時間在網上聊天。人們喜歡網聊的原因有很多。First, chatting online is very convenient, people don’t need to spend the time to make the appointment, they just need to click on the computer, then they can talk to someone. What’s more, they can choose the one they want to talk to, there all kinds of people online, people can make their own choice and decide to talk to the one they like.第一，網聊很方便，人們不需要花費很多的時間來預約，只需要在電腦上點擊一下，就可以和人聊天。而且，他們可以選擇人聊天，網上有各種各樣的人，人們可以自行決定，選擇和喜歡的人聊天。Second, people don’t need to take the responsibility of what they say. The Internet world is virtual, everyone notices that, so it has been admitted that people don’t need to take the responsibility of their words.
