健康的習慣（Healthy habits）
This week, I was not happy. Because I felt tired and weak. And I had a fever. Yesterday, I went to the hospital with my father. The doctor gave me some medicine, and advised me, "You should drink water as much as possible. And then, you should have a good rest.''
I thought healthy habits could help me get good grades and study better.I want to do sports every day. I can't eat junk food or drink coffee. And I will eat lots of vegetables and fruit every day. I will go to bed on time and sleep 10 hours every night.
