第三講：確定目標(objectives)
企業目標是企業使命和指導方針的具體化和數量化，它反應企業在一定時期內經營活動的方向和所要達到的水平。企業目標的實現時間較長，一般為三到五年或者更長時間。好的企業目標具有總體性、與外部環境聯系密切、有很大的激勵作用、切實可行等特點。
企業的基本目標，例如：
