(六) 裝運(yùn)小百科

（1）裝運(yùn)(Shipment)是指賣方按合同規(guī)定的時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)、方式將貨物運(yùn)交買方或買方代理人或指定的承運(yùn)工具。
（2）海關(guān)手續(xù)（Customs Formalities）通常是進(jìn)出口商在貨物到達(dá)后（發(fā)運(yùn)前），在海關(guān)規(guī)定的工作內(nèi)辦理。在辦理手續(xù)時(shí)，一般需要提交有關(guān)單證并填寫由海關(guān)發(fā)出的表格。

(七)保險(xiǎn)小百科

保險(xiǎn)：進(jìn)出口貨物要經(jīng)過長途運(yùn)輸且運(yùn)輸方式多種多樣。貨物在運(yùn)輸、裝卸、存儲(chǔ)過程中難免會(huì)遇到各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和遭受各種損失。貨主為了保證貨物一旦遭受損失后能得到經(jīng)濟(jì)上的補(bǔ)償，因此在貨物起航前就需要對貨物進(jìn)行投保。
貨運(yùn)保險(xiǎn)分為海上運(yùn)輸保險(xiǎn)、路上運(yùn)輸保險(xiǎn)、航空運(yùn)輸保險(xiǎn)和郵包運(yùn)輸保險(xiǎn)等。其中以海上運(yùn)輸保險(xiǎn)的業(yè)務(wù)為最多。
海上運(yùn)輸保險(xiǎn)的險(xiǎn)別有：
（1）平安險(xiǎn)（F.P.A.）是對單獨(dú)海損不付賠償責(zé)任。
(2)水漬險(xiǎn)（W.P.A）除包括平安險(xiǎn)的各項(xiàng)責(zé)任外，還對被保險(xiǎn)貨物由于惡劣氣候、雷電等自然災(zāi)害所造成的損失。
(3)一切險(xiǎn)（All Risks）除上述兩險(xiǎn)各項(xiàng)責(zé)任外，還對被保險(xiǎn)貨物由于外來原因造成的全部損失或部分損失負(fù)責(zé)賠償責(zé)任。
