This teleplay is popular nowadays, for it describes the corruption of government staff member, concubines and extreme high level of housing price.  
Although i did not watch it, It is said that this play has been discussed wildly and most of the people admit that it is too realistic.  We need such kind of plays, because it is really hard to live on this cold and crazy and money-driven society for common people like you and me.

The hottest play SHOEBOX is realistic.I make a bet that the play will accqure the award of the best paly in 2009.I propose that all audience shoud be vote for the paly.Maybe,for the life with respect,the member of ours is becoming the role of the drama.I had a question when wacthing the paly,is the  mind of the person like haizao is ugly,dirty?I think the reply is negative.Most people hold the opinion that the society is distort and degenerate.

But the play has been criticized for too realisitic by the Radio and TV Bureau. I hold the opinion that she is ugly bec she circled around two men at one time. And when one left her she went to the other immediately without hesititation! So I speculate that she lacks of security!

I like the drama very much. I show sympathy to 小貝 and he found his love finally . As for 海藻 I suppose that she chose the way herself because she don't want the life style which likes her sister's. I doubt if the love between 宋 and 海藻 is true . Some people say yes. In my humble opinion maybe it's on the love aspect there is no wrong but on the moral aspect is not be approved.
From it we see the house price, affair, the details of lives and so on. What they said and what they thought have reflected the realistic society. The society today is grim. Once we begin our lives in this society. We have no time to consider our fantastic dreams . So I propose that we are supposed to rethink our lives in the realistic situation.

Yeah,海藻 made her own bed and not deserve the sympathy!I also confused about the emotion between 海藻and 宋,but one point I am sure is the "love" between them are not strong enough to ruin his marriage!宋 can give her everything except the marriage!I want to know how do think about 宋？

yeah.it is really good! Not only about house but also love and human nature.It reflects the dark side of the society! Worth your watching!

Firstly I think 宋 reflects the Chinese officials who corrupt and abuse their powers. Like most men who have the affair he could give 海藻 everything except marriage but couldn't make any promise  to her. Suppose  he doesn't have the status and the power then he will not be in this trouble .In another word he fails to control himself.
