-Recruitment fair. Go to some large job fair, there are always many job positions which are waiting for you.
-Website. The most popular way to seek a better job is going on the internet, looking for some companies, and sending your resume to them.
-Friends. Ask some friends, tell them your situaition, ask for an introduction to some comanies HR staff, or ask them to forward your resume to the HR staff. That is the most effective way in the majority situation.
